William H. Seward was a New York State Governor, Senator and Secretary of State under two Presidents (Lincoln and Johnson). Seward House is the two-acre former home of Seward and his family. Restored to its original condition, the estate highlights the near-four-decade political career of Seward, as well as the home’s gardens and architecture.
