At Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals, the safety and comfort of our guests has always been and will always be, our top priority. We strive to provide clean, secure, comfortable and luxurious environments at all of our properties and that has never changed.
We continue to provide the highest housekeeping standards within the industry. These standards have always followed CDC guidelines such as utilizing commercial grade disinfectant and focusing on “high touch” areas such as doorknobs, light switches, handles, knobs, pulls, remotes, appliances, countertops etc.

We take great pride in the fact that our reservation department at Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals is accessible to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. In addition, our maintenance and house cleaning staff have around the clock accessibility on an as needed basis.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
Fingerlakes Luxury Rental’s COVID-19 cancellation policy has been relaxed to (14) day notice prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund. These will be on all reservations from now thru June 1st, 2020.
COVID-19 TRAVEL BANS
We also follow and enforce all state and federally mandated travel bans so please check and make sure it’s legal to travel to our area.
