    Come stay at our Skaneateles country home to get away from your busy everyday living. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom offers a fully stocked kitchen with an open dining and living area. During the winter months cozy up next to the gas fireplace, while the warmer months allow you to enjoy grilling and the outdoor fire pit in the large private, fenced backyard spanning 2 acres. Located just under 1.5 miles from downtown Skaneateles, you will enjoy the beautiful downtown and breathtaking views of Skaneateles Lake. Please note- We have a 3 bed/2.5 bath ranch as an additional rental right next door to this property. We allow 2 dogs at this and the property next door.

    On the main floor, there is a kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining area, one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one full bath. On the second floor there are two more full bathrooms, two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds.

    Other Things to Note:

    Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.

    Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.

    Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses incurred. (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

    Delightful stay

    We recently stayed at this property.

    Our family was in Skaneateles for a wedding. Our accommodations were perfect.

    The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and bedrooms wear very comfortable.

    And there was a very beautiful fenced in backyard.

    I have stayed at many Fingerlakes Luxury Rental properties.

    And have always been delighted.

    Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • 60 days prior to arrival – full refund
    • 30 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
    • 30 days or less – we would allow you to reschedule your trip. (Additional rates may apply if not booking within the same season). You would also receive a full refund if we can re-book your dates.
