Thank you FLR for the wonderful time with our family. The house was very clean and accommodating for our family with seven adults and seven children. We can't thank you enough for the beautiful memories and experiences that were created at the Sam Adams Estate! Cant wait until next year!!!

Our family absolutely loved the home and its quiet and peaceful location. We felt very comfortable with everything this spacious home offered. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and fishing off the dock. The fire pit and supplied firewood were also appreciated. The sheer size of the home allowed each family to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again. Debbie is a wonderful host who always communicated promptly if any questions came up. Thank you again.

We just wrapped up our 2nd retreat at Sam Adams House. This is a favorite location for us now, as we love the ability to spread out in the different rooms to find our own places to disconnect, while simultaneously enjoying the sound of water from every space, as well as the natural touches through the house. Aside from its beauty, we enjoy the large kitchen, cleanliness, large gathering areas and amenities.



We highly recommend and look forward to making this an annual retreat location.

Beautiful views in giant home. Perfect for size of our family.

This house was perfect for our large family getaway. House was well stocked with everything you need for a home away from home vacation. Bed linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, all of the lake essentials, firewood, etc. were all available. There is a space for everyone from young to old. The entertainment room for kids to play video games. The pool room for shooting pool.

The large living room for lounging and board games. The kitchen for lots of wining, eating and conversations. Two side sun rooms for peace and quiet. Outside, kids enjoyed skipping rocks, running around, and kayak. Everyone enjoyed a little BBQ and firepit warmth. Nearby, we visited Auburn and Skaneateles, hiked Fillmore Glen, and visited Anyela's Vineyard. At the end of the day, we got restful sleep in clean comfortable beds. We also appreciated the clear communication with the hosts. Things to note, all the bedrooms and full baths were upstairs. A half bath is available downstairs. When going from one section of the house to another, the floors transition up or down. The elderly may have some difficulty. Overall, we're happy for the spaciousness of the space and having the comforts of home. We were able to just enjoy each other's company.

The house is so spacious for a gathering offering privacy and comfort to all.

The property is perfect rain or shine with enough to do without ever leaving the property.

We had the most amazing long weekend for our son's SU graduation with family in the Wide Waters Retreat. This was our second home rental through Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals. We only changed homes because the first property was no longer available. We loved the first property, but Wide Waters really blew us away! The views of Lake Owasco were breathtaking and the home itself was an amazing treat. A day of rain was without a problem because the large Living and Billiards Rooms overlooked the gorgeous lake. The brook running beside the home was out of this world. Tons of space for a family reunion or SU graduation. We enjoyed the kitchen, pool table, kayaks and picnic tables. Each bedroom had a clean updated bath beside it with plenty of towels. Debbie and her team took great care of us. They even found a lost wedding band that I left behind and mailed it immediately. We highly recommend Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals and staying in the region and can't wait to return!

This is our eighth year at the Sam Adams estate for our family reunion. No need to try any place else because this place is perfect for a family gathering. The setting is perfect for relaxation and conversation and the kitchen works wonders for bringing people together. Two trips to Wegmans in Auburn and you are provisioned for the week. Exercise is available through kayaking or hiking. The pool table is well maintained. The hosts never let us down. God willing, we will be back next year.
