Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

- 60 days prior to arrival – full refund
- 30 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
- 30 days or less – we would allow you to reschedule your trip. (Additional rates may apply if not booking within the same season). You would also receive a full refund if we can re-book your dates.
