The kitchen, dining area and living room separate the primary ensuite from the other 2 bedrooms and main hall bathroom. This property is just 2.4 miles from the Village where you an enjoy the lake, restaurants and shops.

    Other Things to Note:

    Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.

    Owner has a ring doorbell camera, one above garage and a 3rd camera facing the back sliding glass door for security purposes.

    Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.

    Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses incurred. (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

    60 days prior to arrival – full refund
    30 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
    30 days or less – we would allow you to reschedule your trip. (Additional rates may apply if not booking within the same season). You would also receive a full refund if we can re-book your dates.
