    This beautiful pet friendly property was newly renovated, is located right next to the famed Mirbeau Inn and Spa and within just a short walk to the village! The inspiration for the interior design is the famed Skaneateles Polo Club! The decor is a Ralph Lauren inspired, transitional equestrian style. It has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

    The main level has a beautiful kitchen with island, quartz countertops and white cabinetry. The living room is large and has a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa with plenty of additional seating. There is also gorgeous polo inspired 1/2 bath off of the front entry. The second level has three bedrooms all with queen beds. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms and another full bath off of the hallway. The master bathroom has a shower and the hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The backyard has a beautiful deck and is fenced in for your furry babies!! The best part about this home aside from its beauty, is it’s location. It is right next to Mirbeau Inn and Spa and Rosalie’s Cucina and just one block away from The Kreb’s Restaurant. It is also a very short walk to all of the shops and restaurants that downtown Skaneateles has to offer!

    Other Things to Note:

    Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.

    Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.

    Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses incurred. (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

    Great stay in Skaneateles!

    This house was perfect for us and in excellent condition. So nicely appointed and updated throughout. Loved the back deck and the neighborhood was nice quiet and very close to town. Host was very communicative! Would stay there in a heartbeat again if!when we come back!

    Great house, very comfortable and super clean. We had everything we needed. Our check in code wasn’t working upon arrival and Debbie responded within 60 seconds and gave me the updated code. She was kind and responsive to all of our needs. We also appreciated an earlier check in because we had a wedding rehearsal to get to and Debbie was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again!     A+ rental. Beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was so helpful with instructions and being available for questions. The location is fabulous. Very close to downtown with restaurants, stores, etc. We will stay again.

    This home is impeccably decorated. It’s extremely clean and instructions are very clear. Debbie is very communicative, and the location is superb and just a couple of blocks from the center of town, but also on a quiet street. I love this place!

    Perfect Spot in a Great Town

    This house is lovely and well cared for. It was a perfect spot for a couples getaway. We loved the deck and that we could walk to everything. Ate at Rosalie's, enjoyed the outdoors, and saw a band and the Lake House. Would love to come back and stay again.

    • 60 days prior to arrival – full refund
    • 30 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
    • 30 days or less – we would allow you to reschedule your trip. (Additional rates may apply if not booking within the same season). You would also receive a full refund if we can re-book your dates.
