The property and house were lovely. The home is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed the property, as did we. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful porch in the morning with coffee, and after dinner to watch the beautiful sunsets. We opted to rent a house for Syracuse graduation weekend instead of a hotel in Syracuse. Our son graduated with his masters this year and we wanted a more relaxing celebration with family compared to last year's very fun, but hectic graduation in the city. More family was able to join us and the area restaurants were wonderful. Debbie was available at a moment's notice and everything was as described. Even though our son is leaving Syracuse, we will definitely be back for vacation!

This was our 3rd year of renting this gem on the East side of Owasco. Very accessible for walking down to the lake. Spacious and well maintained home with all the necessities. Upon entering you’ll notice the cleanliness of the home and property has lovely landscaping. Beds were very comfortable. Our family felt so comfortable during our stay it was difficult to leave. We entertained our friends/family and the home provided everything we needed.

From start to finish this incredible property on Owasco lake never disappoints. Upon entering the home we were greeted with a freshly cleaned and well stocked rental. We cook everyday and this kitchen had everything we needed. Brand new appliances, Weber grill, plenty of Kitchener for guests,too. Bedrooms were comfortable, bright and very clean. Living area was perfect to spread our family around in. Loved sitting on screened porch each night watching the amazing sunsets. We will be back next summer, one week is not enough!! Deb was so attentive to all our questions.. we never had to worry about anything!!

The property was clean and perfectly located!!

Our extended family loved our stay at Debbie’s Burtis Point rental. Sitting on the back deck and screened-in porch watching the gorgeous sunset was probably our favorite past time. We rented a pontoon for a day and it was easy to access the Marina and dock the boat at the buoy. The kayaks and paddle boards were great fun.



The entire property was spotless and well appointed. Furnishings were lovely, yet extremely comfortable.



This is our second time to stay at a Finger Lakes Luxury Rentals and I hope it’s not the last!

Debbie was fantastic with everything, we would definitely rent the house again in the future.

7 family members (5 of us over 60 and 2 in their 30s) had a wonderful 4 day weekend along the shores of Lake Owasco. Everything was as described in the VRBO description - beautiful views, well-stocked kitchen, 2 comfortable living areas, spacious dining area, comfortable beds, kayaks and paddle boards for use and lots of options of activities in the area. Our contact, Debbie, was readily available for a couple quick questions, but all was in great working order. A couple of tries out the kayaks and 3 of us were brave and went in for an afternoon September swim with some pool noodles and wore our crocs to walk in! Recommend the Harriet Tubman tour, visiting Carpenter Falls and Fillmore Glen Falls. We were going to go to a winery but ended up doing our own wine tasting at the house😊

The property had wonderful sunset views, was well-stocked and comfortable. The very best feature from our perspective was the lovely, screened porch. Spent many mornings and evenings there. There are steps between the kitchen and living area, as well as from the main bedroom to the bathroom.

Debbie’s house had three private bedroom areas (2 of those share a bath) and 2 spacious living areas— perfect for two families or families with varying aged children. The location was beautiful- incredible view/access to the lake as well as views of amazing sunsets! Very short distance to mini-golf and ice cream (🤗). We loved it— The Finger Lake region is gorgeous—we want to come back again next year. Thank you, Debbie!

Truly enjoyed every minute of staying at this property. I visited with my brothers, mom, sister in law, and baby niece. We spent the days on the lake swimming and paddle boarding. All the rooms were immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and plenty of blankets available. We had a fire by the lake every night that we were there. The neighbors were quite friendly and we got to know them during the trip. Kitchen setup is huge and we cooked meals every day. Screened in porch was a godsend at night. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
