This is the 4th year in a row we have rented Evan's Lodge for our weekend gathering of college friends. The house easily accommodates our group of 12 and we also appreciate how easy it is to work with Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals. If I have any questions or concerns they re answered quickly and efficiently and any problems have always been resolved. It's a great house with great hosts.

10 of my friends stayed at the lodge this past weekend. We played in a local hockey tournament. The place worked out perfectly. Big enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The lodge was very clean and well outfitted with everything we needed. Debbie was an excellent host. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Evan's Lodge. The house, furnishings, and decor were all beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. There were many spaces for our group of 14 to spread out or share a space together. The kitchen was stocked with anything we could need. We appreciated 2 kinds of coffee makers, as well as a refrigerator on 2 levels. We had a small issue, which Debbie was quick to address and follow up on multiple times to ensure our comfort. Our only regret is that we did not get to use the fire pit due to the weather. I think we will need to come back for another visit to this special little town. I highly recommend Evan's Lodge--you will not be disappointed!

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at Evan's Lodge. As usual, everything was great, the house is well appointed and easily handles our group of 12. Debbie and her crew are more than accommodating and super helpful! We even requested to look at other Fingerlakes properties that could handle our crew while we were in the neighborhood and Debbie happily obliged. WE will be back again next year. Everyone in our group loves this house! Thank you again!

Evans Lodge is a beautiful well-appointed home in one of our favorite towns - Skaneateles! We are a group of couples who are long-time friends and this was one of our best New Years’ together. The Lodge was beautifully decorated and had more than everything we needed. All the bedrooms were spacious and wonderful and it was great having 4 1/2 bathrooms! The main floor living space was perfect for us all to hang out, cook, play games, watch football and be together. Plenty of room to spread out but still cozy. The lower level also had a great living space for playing cards and watching more football - there was even a large kitchenette with a second refrigerator, microwave etc. It was cold but still lots of fun having a fire in the firepit - nice fenced in backyard with plenty of Adirondack chair seating for us all. Evans Lodge was exactly what we hoped it would be and more! Many were commenting that it was the nicest rental home they had ever been to. We hope to come back for another celebration soon!

This house in Skaneateles was fantastic. It was everything we were looking for. The hose Debbie was world class. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a beautiful house, and even larger than I expected. It was very comfortable, clean and had everything that we wanted. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed all that the property and the region in and around Skaneateles had to offer. The property was immaculate, provided plenty of space to be together but also for each family member to be able to spend quiet time alone if so desired. The kitchen was more than fully stocked and we enjoyed cooking some meals together. Our time was filled with laughter, lots of games, visits to town and all the wonderful shops, golf, and day trips to Cooperstown and Seneca Falls. And, I can't forget the afternoon on the pontoon boat! It was a wonderful family trip with many wonderful memories!

The house was very comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommended.
