My nursing classmates and I have been meeting yearly for at least 20 years. This home has been by far, the most comfortable & beautiful place for our reunions. It offers everything we need & more. We already have next year's weekend marked on our calendar! Debbie is a pleasure, always available to answer our questions and meet our needs.

We rented this for our family as our daughter’s wedding was in Skaneateles. The house was gorgeous! It was well equipped with everything we might need, offered each person their own bathroom and was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was close to everything we needed. It was truly one of the nicest places we have ever rented! The communication from start to finish was also great. We highly recommend this lovely home.

This was our first time staying at Hummingbird Manor and it did not disappoint. We are booked for next year. Our two families, in town for our 47th family reunion, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the back deck was great for morning coffee. Thank you Debbie and Rick for all you do to bring us comfort and peace when we are in our happy place, Skaneateles!

We have been visiting Skaneateles for almost 30 years to visit family. We rented this property for our large family attending my niece's wedding. The kids were so excited to have their own private bathroom!!! The house is well appointed, comfortable, conveniently located. I will definitely rent this property again when we have the whole clan! Debbie is fantastic to work with! Thank you!

Beautiful house! Had everything we needed and more. Lots of extra space and very nice that each bedroom had a bathroom. Beautiful kitchen.

Our family of 11 adults and 2 babies (kids/spouses) celebrated Christmas at this home for 4 days. The bedroom/bath combinations decreased stress with a large group. The fireplace added ambiance and the overall decor is elegant, homey and quality. The large, well-stocked kitchen was AMAZING for our gang who loves to cook. We took a beautiful hike in the Columbia Falls area and walked around town enjoying Christmas Dickens festivities. Those of us who enjoyed daily walks found new scenery every day on the back roads. All in all, everyone in our group loved the Manor and hope to be back.

Beautifully appointed home close to town. This home is especially suited to those who appreciate having a separate bathroom for each bedroom, which helped our extended family enjoy privacy while we were together. We enjoyed walks in town in the morning and evenings gathered together in the large kitchen. Great bakery and shopping downtown and of course, Doug’s Fish Fry! Debbie was a proactive and responsive communicator. We highly recommend this home and would choose to stay here again!

I cannot say enough about our stay at Debbie's place, The Hummingbird Manor. The home was absolutely beautiful. Every room was decorated with the finest linens and decor. The bathrooms were all updated and spotless. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was huge with an island for all of us to gather around and laugh and catch up. The living room/dining room were both so inviting and comfortable with a warm fireplace, that at first wasn't working(battery out in remote); but, Debbie sent someone right over to fix this and we were warmed by the fire in a matter of hours. The proximity of the house to town was great. We walked into the center of town a few times over our weekend stay. The house comfortably slept 8 of us,but could definitely accommodate at least 6 more. I would highly recommend this rental for your next getaway.

This house is absolutely beautiful! It is immaculately clean. Having a bathroom with each bedroom is so convenient. It is well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We loved our experience.
