Other properties, like the Samuel Adams (the former summer home of Samuel Hopkins Adams), have 7 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests, making it the perfect getaway for you and your best friends. The indoor stone fireplace is a perfect place to enjoy the wine from a local winery while watching the sunset through the picture frame windows that overlook the lake. Last Shot Distillery boasts the first barreled whiskey produced in the county since Prohibition was lifted and is still producing bourbons and spirits that wow their patrons. Spas, yoga studios, and antique stores are sprinkled throughout the downtown area, just a 10-minute drive down the road.

Pumpkin Patch

 Open daily 10-6 until October 31st

Enjoy Pumpkin Picking at the Finger LakesA family-owned, family-centered, pumpkin patch that boasts hayrides, a corn maze, and cute farm animals for the kids to check out! Homemade treats, including their famous pumpkin whoopie pies, are available in their Shoppe.  No admission fee is charged, and parking is free!

Open daily at 9am 

This pumpkin patch checks something off everyone’s list. Everyone will make amazing memories firing the apple cannons, navigating through the corn maze, taking wagon rides, digging for fossils, climbing a giant hay fort, and picking out the perfect pumpkin from the patch.  After all the action, mom and dad can grab a drink at the Brew Barn while the kids enjoy glazed pumpkin donuts from the bakery. 
Admission is $3 during the week and $5 for adults/ $4 for children on the weekends, respectively.  

Hiking

  • Carpenter  Falls

This easy 0.59-mile train follows Bear Swamp Creek and takes hikers by two beautiful waterfalls. Locals love this trail for the picture-perfect fall scenery.
