July is Bursting Out All Over the Finger Lakes

4th of July Birthday BBQ Bash – Interlaken, NY

Spend a day of fun at the Americana Vineyards Winery and enjoy eating savory BBQ chicken, pulled pork and sausage sammies provided by the Trumansburg Fire Department. Other food such as tacos, pitas, baked potatoes and picnic sides are also available. Get wine by the bottle or glass, or partake in wine slushies, bottled beer, soda and water. Eat while enjoying musical entertainment and a show stopping fireworks display. Event starts at 12 Noon and continues through 10PM for fireworks. Bring blankets and portable seating. CFCU Summer Concert Series – Ithaca, NY

Gather friends and family and come to downtown Ithaca Commons for the 2015 summertime concert series sponsored by the CFCU Community Credit Union. Every Thursday evening from 6PM to 8PM features a different live band playing a variety of music styles such as rock, bluegrass, folk, country and hip hop. Wine and beer is available to drink during the free concert, and parking is available at the Green Street and Seneca Street garages. Thursdays 6PM-8PM July thru September 10.

37th Annual Antique and Classic Boat Show – Skaneateles, NY

Classic boats are on full display in the waters of Skaneateles Lake and on land in the Village of Skaneateles during this annual boat show. Admire antique and classic vintage boats while enjoying family activities such as a boat parade, music concerts, demonstrations, children’s activities, raffles and shopping. Awards are given out in 35 categories. This three-day event takes place Friday 3PM to dusk, Saturday 9AM to dusk and Sunday 8AM to 3PM. Event is at Clift Park and is free to the public. July 24-26.
